1.	I would like to order mix different product lines on the container, Can I do that? Yes you can do that. You can choose from our teak patio furniture, mahogany furniture, colonial mahogany / teak, painted furniture, or other products.
2.	How do I order a container ? What you have to do is send us your order (via mail / email / or fax). In return, we will send you an order confirmation with the price, lead time and other information regarding your order. Once you have receive your order confirmation, make any necessary changes, sign your order and fax it back to our office.
3.	What is the cost of a container approximately? It's depend on what product mix in your container. But most of 40ft containers cost between $20,000 and $22,000.
4.	How many pieces are in 1-40' container? It's depend on what pieces that you order, but usually around 185-230 pieces.
5.	How long I have to wait for my container order? Most of the time we shipped the order within 4 to 6 weeks after we have received the order.
6.	How the goods are packed before going to the container? First of all, we wrap the goods with a water resistant wax paper (to protect the finishing from dew) and then wrap again with a cardboard to protect the goods from rubbing against each other while in the container. We use a heavy cardboard or bubble plastic wrap for the edges and tops. We use a wooden case for breaking items like glass cabinet.
7.	Can the container be shipped to part of the U.S.? Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the U.S. or even anywhere in the world.
8.	Can I choose the finishing color? Absolutely, you can choose the finishing color. We will give you sample of our color or if you have your own color, just bring it to us.
9.	Can I choose the fabric what I want? Sure! you can choose the fabric that you want.
10.	Is there any warrantee for arrive damaged items ? We will see and handle this matter on a case-by-case basis. In general, cause by improper packing or manufacture defect is no more than 4% of the value of the container.
11.	Is there any discount toward our purchase? Definitely, there are some discount for multiple container purchases.
12.	How is the payment term? We ask a down payment of 50% on the time of production. The rest is paid while the goods leave from the factory. We will give a discount for early payment.
